We aim to despatch all in-stock orders placed before 2.30pm the same day for delivery within 1 – 3 working days.
The Seller will endeavour to comply with reasonable requests by the Customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where postponement is agreed by the Seller in writing the Buyer shall pay all costs and expenses including a reasonable charge for storage occasioned thereby.
Unless otherwise expressly provided the point of delivery shall be reached when the Goods are delivered to the Buyer’s premises, or to the premises of a consignee named by the Buyer or are collected by the Buyer or by a carrier paid by the Buyer whichever takes place first.
The Seller shall not be liable for any losses, claims or damages arising from any negligent act, omission, misdirection or misstatement made by the Seller, Buyer or courier during the course of delivery or unloading of the goods. If a customer cancels an order that has been packed for despatch a £10.00 + VAT handling charge will be levied.
